Part of the Dallam Running Club series, runners of all ages are invited to explore the stunning yet seldom-travelled trails of the South Lakes.

We have action ants joining us bring fun for the children on the field. In the hall we will have our "Herons Nest Café" offering food, drink & cake along side our Pop up bar offering bottles of local beers, wine, Gin and other drinks.
